I’m Pheello Ntuka, a youth transformation and career coach, author of The Path to Light, and founder of Light for Youth Academy. Growing up in Sharpeville and witnessing how many young people struggle with direction, confidence, and guidance shaped my life’s work. I understand what it means to have potential without a clear path—and why the right support at the right time can change everything.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, operations leadership, and certified life coaching, I combine structure with heart. Over the years, I’ve worked with learners, youth, parents, schools, and organisations, helping young people build self-awareness, discipline, focus, and real-life skills. My approach goes beyond motivation—it is practical, values-driven, and designed to produce lasting change.

Light for Youth Academy exists to help learners and youth move from confusion to clarity and from dependence to responsibility. Through coaching, mentoring, and tailored programs, I walk alongside young people and their families to build confidence, direction, and a future they can step into with purpose.
